Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled by the organizer with no rescheduled date, or if the event is materially rescheduled (date, venue, or headliner change) and you choose not to attend the rescheduled event. In these cases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Affiliate Commissions

If a refunded ticket was attributed to an affiliate, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate's next payout.
